Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | UK | Up to £65k
A well-established industry leader that offers bespoke packaging solutions to high-end luxury clients. With the freedom to develop and manage your client base in a way that excites you, this role would be perfect for somebody who enjoys working independently and loves getting hands-on when it comes to design, innovation and creativity.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and reporting on your own sales strategy while maintaining an accurate CRM
Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
Developing and presenting compelling proposals and packaging solutions to potential customers
Collaborating with internal teams and staying informed on market trends and competitors to shape effective sales efforts
Achieving sales targets and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Key attributes required:
Proven sales experience within packaging, ideally within luxury markets
Strong technical knowledge of packaging products and materials, with the ability to produce clear and accurate specifications
Ability to manage and develop a client base independently
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
