Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | West Yorkshire | Up to 60k

As part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, you’ll help premium brands bring their most creative ideas to life - making this an ideal role for a sales professional who loves design, innovation, and building long-lasting client relationships.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and reporting on your own sales strategy while maintaining an accurate CRM

  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects

  • Developing and presenting compelling proposals and packaging solutions to potential customers

  • Collaborating with internal teams and staying informed on market trends and competitors to shape effective sales efforts

  • Achieving sales targets and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Key attributes required:

  • Proven sales and business development experience, ideally within packaging or related sectors, supported by an existing industry network

  • Strong knowledge of packaging products and materials, with the ability to produce clear, accurate specifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, organised, and strategic, with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate leadership potential

  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn), and willing to travel as needed
