Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | West Yorkshire | Up to 60k

As part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, you’ll help premium brands bring their most creative ideas to life - making this an ideal role for a sales professional who loves design, innovation, and building long-lasting client relationships.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and reporting on your own sales strategy while maintaining an accurate CRM
Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
Developing and presenting compelling proposals and packaging solutions to potential customers
Collaborating with internal teams and staying informed on market trends and competitors to shape effective sales efforts
Achieving sales targets and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Key attributes required:
Proven sales and business development experience, ideally within packaging or related sectors, supported by an existing industry network
Strong knowledge of packaging products and materials, with the ability to produce clear, accurate specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders
Self-motivated, organised, and strategic, with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate leadership potential
Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn), and willing to travel as needed
