Business Development Manager | Labels |UK | £50-60k basic + OTE up to 15%

Global company specialising in providing innovative labels and packaging solutions. The division we are working with design and manufacture labels for a diverse range of markets  including personal care, healthcare, industrial and food. Operating across multiple countries, they serves both regional and national accounts.

You will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and developing new business for labels
• Working across multiple markets including Home, Personal Care, Industrial and Food
• Managing and developing existing accounts
• Providing innovative solutions to client needs and industry challenges
• Working with the Sales Director to devise and setting sales strategy

Key attributes required:

• Proven background in labels or flexible packaging
• A results-driven mindset with a strong track record in growing and managing business accounts
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-led environment
