A specialist manufacturer, creating the highest quality flexible packaging, self-adhesive labels and shrink sleeves. The business is focussed on driving sustainability across all it’s products and processes, providing packaging solutions to global brands across food, beverage, FMCG, retail and pharmaceutical markets.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within flexible packaging

• Building and developing existing relationships with decision makers

• Collaborating with internal teams, including design, technical and production

• Monitoring sales performance and forecasting revenue

• Developing strategic sales plans

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record in sales within flexible packaging

• Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, print processes and sustainability

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets

• Ability to manage own portfolio and time

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
