Business Development Manager | Contract Packing - Food | UK | Up to £60k + uncapped commission

Working with major blue chip clients within food and FMCG, they are growing exponentially year on year. You will be responsible for:

Identifying and researching new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers
Building and nurturing relationships while project managing across the sales cycle
Developing and managing a sales pipeline, best utilising the CRM system
Keeping up to date with industry trends and analyse reports to assist business decisions
Travelling across the UK to meet with clients and provide consultative solutions for their requirements

Key attributes required:

Proven track record of building relationships, managing customers, and growing revenue within the cartons packaging industry
Excellent new business development skills, including pipeline management, creating sales proposals, and closing deals
The ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organisation
Able to travel across the UK and at times Europe to visit clients
Experience in the packaging manufacturing industry with a Strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of sales
