Are you a commercially minded Business Development Manager with the ambition to grow new carton packaging business in a quality-driven environment?

 

You’ll have the opportunity to drive new business growth within a well-established carton packaging business, selling high-quality, innovative, and increasingly sustainable carton solutions to major brands. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the carton packaging market

  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline focused on new customer acquisition

  • Developing relationships with key decision-makers at brand owners, retailers, and contract packers

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and contract close

  • Forecasting sales activity and maintaining accurate CRM records

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven ability to win and develop new business within carton packaging

  • Ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated strength in identifying customer needs and translating them into practical packaging solutions
