Business Development Manager | Carton Packaging | UK | Up to £80k OTE + Uncapped Commission

You will be responsible for:
Developing new business opportunities within the retail, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sector.
Targeting and converting UK brands into long-term packaging customers
Working closely with internal teams to shape proposals, pricing and project delivery
Building strong commercial relationships with decision makers across your territory
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, reporting on pipeline and performance
Key attributes required:
Proven track record in B2B new business sales within cartons packaging and manufacturing
Strong lead generation and following abilities to drive new business growth
In depth knowledge of retail, cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical markets
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to open doors and close deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and online
