Account Manager | Print | Essex | Up to £36k

This small-format print company produces a broad range of high-quality materials, from everyday items like flyers and business cards to more detailed pieces such as brochures and booklets. Recognised for its fast turnaround and commitment to detail, the business serves both direct clients and trade resellers who rely on dependable quality and delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• Taking detailed briefs from clients and using print knowledge to consult

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact

• Liaising with internal departments including design, prepress, and production to ensure client requirements are met

• Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines and budgets are achieved

• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues quickly and professionally

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience working within print

• Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and production workflows

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work collaboratively, a true team player!
