Working for an exclusive UK importer for a range of world-class equipment you will be joining and exciting and expanding support team, they are looking for a passionate and skilled UK Technical Service Engineer. You will be responsible for:

• Providing remote and on-site support for print finishing and packaging machinery, including installation, delivery, preventive maintenance, and repair

• Diagnosing and solving complex technical problems, including electrical, mechanical, and software faults

• Delivering a first-class service experience by using diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime

• Conducting technical training sessions for customers, partners and team members

• Supporting sales initiatives by participating in machine demonstrations, trade shows and events

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in the print or packaging production sector with relevant technical qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs

• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating analytical and critical thinking skills

• Outstanding communication skills for engaging with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels

• A full, clean driving license
