Technical Sales Manager | Labelling Application Machinery | Scotland | Up to £50k + Uncapped Commission

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving new business growth and managing existing customer relationships across multiple sectors

  • Identifying new market opportunities, contributing to the sales strategy and providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting

  • Gaining a strong understanding of client requirements, providing them with technical guidance and proposing tailored solutions

  • Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, site visits, quotations, negotiation, and project handover

  • Collaborating multiple internal teams to ensure solutions are technically and commercially aligned

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in capital equipment sales professional who thrives in consultative, solution-led environments

  • Ability to confidently interpret technical requirements and understand production challenges to translate them into clear proposals

  • Strong communication skills to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels
