Technical Sales Manager | Labelling Application Machinery | Scotland | Up to £50k + Uncapped Commission

You will be responsible for:
Driving new business growth and managing existing customer relationships across multiple sectors
Identifying new market opportunities, contributing to the sales strategy and providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting
Gaining a strong understanding of client requirements, providing them with technical guidance and proposing tailored solutions
Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, site visits, quotations, negotiation, and project handover
Collaborating multiple internal teams to ensure solutions are technically and commercially aligned
Key attributes required:
Experience in capital equipment sales professional who thrives in consultative, solution-led environments
Ability to confidently interpret technical requirements and understand production challenges to translate them into clear proposals
Strong communication skills to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working autonomously
A proven track record in identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and driving growth while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus
