Structural Designer | Cartons | North Wales | Up to £37k

With a global network of specialised production sites and advanced technologies across pre-press, printing, and finishing, this organisation is recognised as one of the world’s leading producers of folding cartons. It delivers a comprehensive selection of carton board, fluted materials, and board-based composites to serve a wide range of applications and market sectors.

You will be responsible for:

• Sketching and rendering design concepts

• Attending customer briefings and internal feasibility meetings

• Supporting Account Managers in presenting CAD samples and creative concepts to clients

• Maintaining the R&D database and other internal systems

• Realising ideas in both 2D and 3D formats

• Building strong cross-functional relationships to support the company’s innovation strategy

Key attributes required:

• Experience in packaging design from concept to completion

• Strong ability to produce accurate, detailed, and to-scale technical drawings

• Ability to develop innovative and practical design solutions within brand and production constraints

• Knowledge of print processes and their impact on structural design

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
