You will be responsible for:

• Leading the commercial strategy for a growing Flexible Packaging Division, including market entry, positioning and growth initiatives

• Identifying, evaluating and winning new business opportunities across global markets

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with converters, brand owners, and strategic partners

• Translating customer needs into actionable insights for product development and engineering

• Representing the organisation at industry events, trade shows and customer visits
