You will be responsible for:
Managing the company’s largest UK account, leading a UK-based account team and liaising closely with the European account team
Agreeing key priorities and KPIs with the National technical resource to deliver strategic account plan objectives
Driving growth, CTO, margin enhancement and value creation initiatives to meet customer and business goals
Identifying and addressing the development needs of team members to maximise individual potential in line with business objectives
Coordinating cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent delivery of the commercial strategy across all levels
Key attributes required:
Experience developing growth in accounts in the packaging sector is essential
Bringing extensive experience in managing multi-site and high-value key accounts while confidently working with budgets and forecasts
Outstanding leadership skills with a passion for driving customer satisfaction, achieving budget targets, and delivering sustainable profit and volume growth
Excelling as a persuasive communicator, able to understand multiple perspectives and build strong relationships while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Showing exceptional commercial awareness across every stage of the Supply Chain and leveraging this to optimise performance
Making clear, effective, and timely decisions and communicating them with impact
