You will be responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining gluing equipment to meet production targets
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure all finished products meet customer specifications
• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Reading and interpreting job orders to ensure compliance with product requirements
• Troubleshooting machine issues and working with the team to find effective solutions

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience as a Gluer Operator in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic machine maintenance
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
• A good understanding of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
