General Manager | Corrugated Packaging - Transit and Industrial | South Yorkshire | £65k - £75k plus bonus & car/allowance

 

 

A nationwide packaging provider with multiple manufacturing sites across the UK, specialising in the design, production, and delivery of corrugated packaging solutions. The business serves a broad range of industries including e-commerce, consumer goods, industrial applications, retail, and export. It operates as part of a larger packaging group with a well-established presence in the UK market.

 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring the team to deliver high performance

  • Driving business growth and expanding market opportunities, strengthening key customer relationships

  • Overseeing P&L accountability and ensuring sustainable profitability

  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality

  • Ensuring operational effectiveness, quality, and compliance across site
