Cut & Crease Operative | Cartons | West Yorkshire | Up to £40k

You will be responsible for:

• Operating cut and crease machinery to produce carton packaging to required specifications

• Setting up tooling, dies, and materials to ensure accurate cutting and creasing

• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain quality standards

• Inspecting finished cartons to ensure they meet customer and production requirements

• Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth workflow

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in operating cut and crease equipment within a carton or packaging environment

• Demonstrable experience in machine setup, tooling alignment, and job changeovers

• Hands-on experience in maintaining consistent product quality and carrying out detailed inspections

• Experience in meeting production targets while maintaining accuracy

• Track record of adhering to health and safety standards at all times
