Business Development Manager | Labels, Sachets & Pouches | South UK | up to £50k

Partnering with a dynamic and innovative creative production agency specialisng in print and point-of-sale solutions. This is an opportunity to work  collaboratively with leading brands to bring their creative visions to life, ensuring high-quality execution and exceptional client service. The company prides itself on its attention to detail, and a forward thinking approach to all projects. You will be part of a skilled, agile team, which allows for direct impact and ownership over every project.

You will be responsible for:

• Expanding market shares in labels and generating new business

• Working closely with production and design teams

• Following projects through the entire production cycle

• Client-facing communication and meetings

• Following and supporting in the day-to-day running of the accounts

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in self adhesive labels and/or flexibles (sachets/pouches)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•  Experience with print production workflows

• A passion for building and nurturing client relationships

• Strong new business focused mindset
