Business Development Manager | Carton Packaging | South UK | Up to £55k + Attractive Commission

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities across target sectors

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their packaging requirements

  • Working closely with internal teams across design, technical, production and estimating to deliver accurate proposals and exceptional customer experiences

  • Representing the organisation at trade shows, client visits and industry events

  • Producing accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in business development within any packaging substrate

  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
