Business Development Manager | Carton Packaging | South UK | Up to £55k + Attractive Commission

With over 50 years of industry expertise and a purpose-built production facility, they combine craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative, sustainable packaging solutions that elevate their clients’ brands.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities across target sectors
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their packaging requirements
Working closely with internal teams across design, technical, production and estimating to deliver accurate proposals and exceptional customer experiences
Representing the organisation at trade shows, client visits and industry events
Producing accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management
Key attributes required:
Proven experience in business development within any packaging substrate
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers as required
