Business Development Manager | Bespoke Packaging Solutions | South UK | Up to £60k + uncapped commission

A leader in creating high-end, custom carton packaging for some of the biggest names in the luxury goods industry, from cosmetics and electronics to premium food and beverage brands. You will be part of a company that prides itself on delivering innovative and visually stunning solutions that help clients' products stand out

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both the UK and international markets

• Cultivating strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients

• Working closely with our design and production teams to ensure exceptional project delivery

• Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets

• Managing the complete sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals

Key attributes required:

• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)

• A proven track record in B2B sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a talent for building relationships

• The ability to think strategically and develop new busines.
