Business Development Manager | Large Format | North UK – Remote/Hybrid | Excellent Salary DOE
A leading innovator in print and media solutions with a customer-focused approach, delivering high-quality, bespoke print services to businesses across the UK. The company is dedicated to empowering brands through impactful print and media strategies that enhance engagement, strengthen brand identity, and drive measurable results.
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and quoting to negotiation and closing
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Inheriting and developing a lucrative portfolio of accounts
• Identify customer needs and help them to receive innovative, cost-effective carton packaging solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams (production, design, marketing) to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery
Key attributes required:
• Understanding of market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer demands
• Ability to identify profitable opportunities and make decisions based on both the business and customer needs
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
