Estimator | Corrugated Packaging | West Midlands | £25k – £35k

As Estimator you will be responsible for:

• Analysing specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
• Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids
• Consulting with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Preparing detailed reports or estimates.
• The ability to consider multiple factors including raw material costs, labour, transport and production costs

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience as an estimator or a similar calculating role in the packaging or print industry, corrugated experience desirable
• Must have experience in working with raw materials
• Strong understanding of financial and project management principles.
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Great attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
