As Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting market research to analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitor developments while maintaining strong customer relationships for insight gathering – advising sales and marketing teams with product positioning

• Working closely with customers in direct and in-direct markets

• Developing and executing a strategic product roadmap for labelling systems

• Aligned with business objectives, prioritising key features and leveraging shared resources within the group

• Leading product development in collaboration with R&D to ensure timely, customer-driven solutions and exploring potential partnerships for innovation

• Managing the product lifecycle by tracking performance through KPIs, gathering continuous customer feedback, and optimizing costs to maintain market relevance

Key attributes required:

• Experience in product management or a similar role, with a proven track record in leading successful projects within technology-driven industries

• Knowledge of packaging, including the interaction between hardware, software, and consumables

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to connect with customers & stakeholders

• A customer-focused approach, ensuring products align with market needs

• Fluency in English and Italian
