You will be responsible for:

  • Taking control of business operations and establishing consistency to shift the organisation to a growth-focused business

  • Increasing net profit by identifying and reducing operational leakage, improving processes, and strengthening cost efficiency across all departments

  • Enhancing operational effectiveness throughout the business

  • Conducting full operational audits, securing leadership sign-off, and demonstrating the ability to deliver measurable improvements in profitability and performance

  • Managing and developing a team of seven to ensure strong performance and collaboration

 

Key attributes required:

  • Strong manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within print, packaging, large-format display, 3D or related production environments

  • Proven capability in operational excellence, with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies

  • Ability to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and drive operational performance across multiple departments

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience leading a team

  • Problem solving mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and output
