As a Wide Web Flexo Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Operating wide web flexographic printing presses to deliver high-quality output
• Optimising press setup and maximising product output, ensuring effective use of materials and consumables
• Complying with ISO and BRC quality regulations throughout the production process
• Achieving daily productivity targets while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
• Performing thorough quality checks to ensure exceptional print standards

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience in printing is essential (full training on specific machinery will be provided)
• Experience operating flexographic presses is highly desirable
• Familiarity with a variety of materials is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
