As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing and inspiring a team of 11, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Driving performance, setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and driving the team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results
- Sourcing and winning new business in FMCG sector
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with FMCG customers, ensuring their packaging needs are met with the highest standards of quality and service
Key attributes required:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams, preferably within the packaging or FMCG sectors
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to drive business growth through effective team management and customer engagement
- Positive sales attitude and great industry and market knowledge
- Ability to exceed expectations and provide an exceptional service to all clients
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
