As Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting market research to analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitor developments while maintaining strong customer relationships for insight gathering
• Developing and executing a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives, prioritizing key features, and leveraging shared resources within the group
• Leading product development in collaboration with R&D to ensure timely, customer-driven solutions and exploring potential partnerships for innovation
• Managing the product lifecycle by tracking performance through KPIs, gathering continuous customer feedback, and optimizing costs to maintain market relevance
• Supporting sales teams with product positioning and unique selling points while fostering a customer-centric mindset across all internal teams

Key attributes required:

• Experience in product management or a similar role, with a proven track record in leading successful projects within technology-driven industries
• A strong technical background with experience in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field desirable
• Knowledge of product identification technologies, including the interaction between hardware, software, and consumables
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to connect with customers & stakeholders
• A customer-focused approach, ensuring products align with market needs, and fluency in English, with additional languages such as German, Italian, or French an advantage
