Head of Production Services | Point of Sale & Out of Home Displays | London | £70k – £80k  

A multifaceted print manufacturer with an outstanding reputation. This award winning company are renowned for dressing some of the highest-profile retail spaces, and out of home sites. With extensive production capabilities, they specialise in producing top quality work and sector-leading expertise in branding and point of sale production.

As Head of Production Services, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and leading Production Services to ensure optimal resourcing, organisation, communication, and allocation of work and resources
• Co-ordinating and assigning tasks, priorities, and schedules to team members based on workload, deadlines, and resource availability
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize team performance, productivity, and workflow
• Championing and rolling out new technology to improve automation
• Working with Client Services team to ensure optimal service delivery in line with client and internal expectation

Key attributes required:

• Must have experience working within point of sale or large format print with extensive print manufacturing knowledge
• Experienced managing a large team
• Can work well within a team and liaise with multiple departments
• Effective prioritization, including managing conflicting priorities
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
