Gluing Operative | Cartons | Home Counties or Midlands | Up to £35k plus great benefits package

This organisation is a market leader within the carton market, selling into a number of blue chip clients across the UK. With a big focus on FMCG, food and the cosmetic markets they are continuously growing year on year. The business is going through an extremely exciting period with a lot of investment and new acquisitions taking place. With multiple sites they are recruiting across the UK!

As a Gluing Operative you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining gluing machines to produce high-quality cartons
• Performing setups and adjustments on the machines according to the specifications of each job
• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure all products meet strict quality standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with the machines, minimizing downtime
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience running carton gluing equipment is a MUST
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
• Team player able to communicate effectively with multiple teams
