A world leading packaging manufacturer offering a wide range of packaging products, including printed folded cartons, fibre based packaging, flexible pouches, bags, films, and laminates. Providing innovative and sustainable packaging options that cater to the needs of their customers. They are known for their commitment to advanced technology, quality, and environmentally friendly packaging solutions, including options designed for recyclability and reduced environmental impact.

As Flexo Printer, you will be responsible for:

• Running and maintaining print machinery, ensuring optimal performance and colour accuracy across jobs
• Overseeing ink usage, colour matching, and maintaining correct levels to avoid production downtime
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, from minor faults to more complex print inconsistencies
• Keeping accurate production records
• Adhering to safety and site procedures, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Key attributes required:

• Experience operating flexo presses
• Desirable experience working with flexible packaging
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering precise, high-quality print work
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership for the final product
• Excellent timekeeping and a dependable work ethic
• A collaborative and positive attitude, with good communication and organizational skills.
