Finishing Manager | Large Format Print & POS | York | £35k – £45k

With constant investment in printing technologies facilities that are second to none, the company is expanding at a rapid rate. Catering for the exhibition, retail, museum, event, branding and signage markets they have extensive in-house facilities, creative facilities and on-site installation management.

As Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the finishing department
• Mentoring and training the print finishing team
• Team reporting of KPIs, ensuring production targets are met
• Ensuring all print is of exceptional quality, and supporting new product development
• Participating and liaising with management in all aspects off production

Key attributes required:

• Leadership experience; mentoring and supporting colleagues in a print environment
• Demonstrable experience operating large format print finishing equipment
• Strong knowledge of large format graphics and signage
• Can-do attitude and enthusiasm to drive the best from a team
• Troubleshooting skills
