As Cut and Crease Operator you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating Bobst or similar die-cutting machinery
• Working double days shifts plus regular overtime is available
• Ensuring accurate registration and precise cutting and creasing of carton blanks
• Performing quality checks to maintain high standards and identify any defects
• Maintaining machinery, performing basic troubleshooting, and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience as a Cut and Crease Operator within the carton or packaging industry is essential
• Strong understanding of die-cutting processes, tooling, and materials
• Ability to accurately interpret job specifications and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with Bobst machinery (or similar) would be a significant advantage
