As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and developing new business for self-adhesive labels across multiple markets including cosmetics, food, and nutrition
- Client Partnership: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Market Insights: Keeping a pulse on industry trends to inform strategy and product development
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Sales Strategy: Penetrating and expanding presence in key markets
Key attributes required:
- Proven experience in selling labels
- Experience in target markets; food, retail, wines, and spirit is highly desirable
- Strategic thinking, with a knack for identifying business opportunities and driving growth
- Competent at sales presenting at a senior level
- Knowledge of the labels and packaging industry
