Business Development Manager | Printed Cartons – Premium Packaging | Hertfordshire – Hybrid | Up to £60k plus OTE

Specialising in creating premium packaging solutions, catering primarily to the healthcare, food, and high-end consumer markets. Their product range encompasses an extensive variety of premium folding cartons, inserts, labels, and rigid packaging, employing a wide array of substrates and finishes to meet the specific needs of their clients. As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business for printed folded cartons in particularly high quality premium packaging
• Crafting and executing a robust sales development strategy, opening doors to new business ventures
• Driving sales growth and enhancing profitability with a strategic approach
• Conduct in-depth market analyses, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor movements
• Seamlessly integrating new clients into the fold, ensuring a smooth transition to the internal account management teams
