Business Development Manager | Packaging Repro & Design – Brand Management Services | Europe | Salary to Attract the Best

The company designs and manufactures a diverse range of products, including self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging, targeting various sectors like food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and developing new business for extensive brand management services across packaging repro and design for printed cartons, tubes, labels and aerosols
• Building a network of clients across multiple industries in particular within the consumer goods manufacturing
• Providing innovative solutions to client needs and industry challenges, offering packaging services that satisfy aesthetic & functional requirements
• Managing multiple projects at one time
• Sharing technical knowledge of packaging design and production processes, including knowledge of branding, printing technologies, and sustainability

Key attributes required:

• Proven sales experience within the print and packaging industry
• Understanding of brand management services of design features tailored to enhance branding optimisation and protection
• Great relationship building skills
• Ability to perform detailed market research and analysis to understand industry trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape
• Skilled in strategic planning and the ability to develop long-term growth strategies and business plans and targets
