Providing an industry-leading combination of award-winning creative design and a comprehensive production capability, this company has built a reputation as a leading specialist in sustainable luxury packaging selling only to the most reputable companies in the market.

Having experienced rapid growth that is part of an ambitious growth strategy for 2024/2025 they have won a number of blue chip projects. With full in-house capabilities they are ideally set up to deliver bespoke projects for high profile customers.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building long term relationships by delivering fantastic service to both existing customers and new clients
• Research and identify new business opportunities – including new areas within the luxury brands sector, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
• Working towards wider company objectives
• Meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and delivering sales presentations

Key attributes required:

• Track record of selling luxury packaging into major brands
• Excellent customer service relationship skills
• Ambitious and career driven with a desire to develop into a future senior capacity
• Ability to demonstrate sourcing and winning new business
