Business Development Manager | Labels | M62 Corridor | £55k – £65k, OTE £80k
A global company specialized in providing innovative labels and packaging solutions. The company designs and manufactures a diverse range of products, including self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging, targeting various sectors like food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals.
Operating across multiple countries where it serves both local and multinational clients by delivering cost-effective and efficient labels and packaging options!
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and developing new business for labels, targeting multiple markets including Home, Personal Care, Industrial, and Food
- Building a network of clients and driving relationships forward
- Providing innovative solutions to client needs and industry challenges
- Setting the sales strategy and completing necessary reporting
- Liaising and negotiating at an advanced level
Key attributes required:
- Desirable sales experience within the labels industry or flexible packaging
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Great relationship building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel across the North of UK for client meetings
- A high drive and ambition to source and win new clients
