Business Development Manager | Labels | Midlands | Up to £65k plus commission

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and developing new sales through meetings, networking, and industry awareness
- Developing and implementing a targeted sales strategy
- Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences to raise company profile and upsell product range
- Preparing sales presentations for potential new customers
- Excellent team working, liaising with the account management team and production team to ensure KPIs are achieved
Key attributes required:
- Successful B2B sales experience
- Desirable background in the labels /printing industry
- Self-motivated, pro-active and able to present at senior level
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate
- Conscientious approach, skills to cross sell from product range
