An award winning flexible packaging manufacturer creating high quality flexo printed packaging solutions and shrink sleeves into various markets such as food, beverage, household and FMCG They offer full in-house innovation services and are continuously developing products to keep ahead of their competitors.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving new business growth for a range of flexible packaging and sleeves
• Managing and growing a lucrative portfolio
• Working closely with clients, establishing and developing relationships primarily within the food and non-food sectors
• Liaising with various internal departments
• Attend client meetings, presenting at a high level

Key attributes required:

• Demonstrable experience in flexible packaging
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Experience working with blue chip clients
• Energetic, self-starter, a hands-on approach with the ability to interpret customer
• A proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment and seeks growth
• Prior experience in food packaging is a plus but not required
