As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Account managing a portfolio of impressive accounts
• Taking job briefs for high quality small format digital print, large format digital and luxury packaging, ensuring the smooth running of projects through to completion
• Maximising inherited accounts to achieve their potential
• Working with highly prestigious customers, agencies and luxury brands
• Liaising with sales, estimating and production teams

Key attributes required:

• Account management experience working within the print industry focused on customer services
• Knowledge of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing desirable
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience manging multiple projects at any one time
• Enthusiasm for customer care and client development
• London based
