Account Manager | Corrugated | West Midlands | £30k – £35k

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming enquiries for a full range of corrugated packaging products
• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Managing and developing client relationships
• Developing a quality service to meet client objectives
• Identifying opportunities to increase services provided to the client in order to maximise account profitability and customer satisfaction

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in account management

• Packaging industry experience desirable across any sector
• Positive attitude and great industry knowledge
• Ability to exceed expectations and provide an exceptional service to all clients
• Confident reporting and ability to use data to refine strategies
