Senior Business Development Manager | Flexibles | UK | Up to £100k OTE

As Senior Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company strategies
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and outreach
Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
