Business Development Manager | POS | Midlands | £40k – £50k

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and targeting new clients within relevant sectors for 2D and 3D POS
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
- Understanding client needs and develop tailored proposals and presentations
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Key attributes required:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, within the POS, print or packaging industries
- Strong understanding of 2D and 3D POS design, production processes, and market applications desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
