Business Development Manager | Print & Printed Plastic Cards | UK Wide | £45k – £50k plus OTE

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business for printed products including gift cards/loyalty cards/membership cards
• Maximising existing business
• Selling into a variety of sectors including retail, hospitality, brands and paid for membership sectors
• Developing long term partnerships with key customers
• Setting a sales strategy and reporting

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record of generating new business sales within print is essential
• Strong ability to network and attend industry leading events, driving the company reputation forward
• Exceptional relationship building skills
• Commercial acumen — able to asses, costs, and pricing strategies and complete forecasting and reporting
• Understanding of production processes for printed plastic products is a plus
