Account Handler | Litho, Small & Large Format Digital Print | Staffordshire | Excellent salary dependent on experience

With full in-house capabilities to produce high quality litho, small & large format digital print & POS, this is a one-stop-shop for their clients in the Retail and Automotive sectors. Having recently invested in state-of-the-art large format digital print & finishing technology, this company can now boast one of the most impressive plant lists.

As Account Handler, you will be responsible for:

• Taking detailed briefs from the client for commercial print projects
• Ensuring requirements such as specifications and critical dates are captured
• Delivering excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Providing technical input and advice on print projects as required
• Creating client reports and ensuring they are updated efficiently and accurately

Key attributes required:

• Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within an operational role
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Experience in commercial print
