Engineer | Print and Print Finishing Machinery | Midlands or North UK | £38k – £45k

Specialising in the sale of both new and refurbished equipment, handling installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance for the printing and textile industries worldwide. Providing exceptional engineering support to manufacturers and end-users globally. Services include breakdown coverage and software assistance, for equipment such as pre-press solutions, digital and conventional printers, wide-format inkjet, and finishing machines from top industry manufacturers.

As Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintenance and repairs of a range of print finishing machinery, digital and inkjet printers, both onsite and remotely
• Working in an electrical and mechanical capacity
• Installing a range of machinery
• Training onsite engineers and operators on best practice
• Working in a field-based role initially in the UK

Key attributes required:

• Strong background in engineering, mechanical or electrical
• Previous experience working on print or print finishing machinery desirable
• Highly desirable if experience of digital cutting machinery
• Good communication skills and ability to work on site with customers
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong technical acumen
• Ability to travel to client sites from Midlands up to North UK
