Senior Account Manager | Digital Print | London | £40k – £55k Depending on Experience plus Attractive Commission

As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Growing client accounts, cross selling and upselling
• Taking client briefs, advising on solutions, quoting, and following jobs through production to dispatch
• Checking and proofing some simple automated pre-press flight
• Quoting and job management handling in Tharstern MIS
• Liaising with existing clients and some new, developing the relationship across a variety of clients including retail, event publishing, health & beauty

Key attributes required:

• Experience within an account management or sales role is essential within proven account/business development
• Excellent customer service relationship skills
• High level of print knowledge
• Attention to detail and excellent accuracy
• Experience using a CRM desirable such as Thartsern MIS
