As Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Directing and controlling the production operations of the company
• Planning and scheduling all work across the factory
• Ensuring machinery, spare parts, installation and services are delivered right first time
• Identifying and deliver continuous improvement and system enhancements
• Playing a key role in the company’s management team liaising closely with other departments
• Troubleshooting any issues and re-planning schedules with relevant parties
• Mentoring and developing production team

Key attributes required:
• MUST have a demonstrable experience in engineering and manufacturing
• Sound business understanding, how it operated and opportunities for improvement
• Natural team leader, confidently able proactively engaging and influencing the team
• Previous track record of ERP systems, Sage 200 desired
• Drive and ambition to manage a team and operations
