Operations Manager – Global Sourcing | Promotional Merchandise | UK Hybrid | Up to £45k

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Helping to deliver global order windows, ensuring critical paths are managed efficiently and all stakeholders are communicated to efficiently
• Delivering operational excellence across promotional merchandise, print and barware products
• Facilitating harmonisation projects – managing status and progress tracking, providing specs and product technical details for playbooks/Toolkits
• Reporting on and managing product library maintenance
• Reporting on and manage compliance to company operating procedure, particular focus on product testing and quality

Key attributes required:

• Must have experience in global sourcing for promotional merchandise
• Experience in coordinating key projects directly with clients and with internal client services
• Operational management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs and KPIs
• Previous experience working in marketing print procurement
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
