Key Account Manager | Print Management | Cheshire | £30k – £40k, dependent on experience

Having steadily grown since their establishment, this organisation has been a leader in print management for decades due to the highest levels of customer service. With vast experience in the printing industry, they are able to offer a comprehensive one-stop solution for their clients in the Retail, Financial and Public sectors.

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Account and project management from brief to launch
• Building professional relationships and managing client expectations
• Proactively developing and growing client accounts by thoroughly understanding and pre-empting their needs
• Taking job briefs, compiling quotations and processing orders
• Monitoring order progress to ensure job completion on time
• Looking for an opportunity to grow accounts

Key attributes required:

• Experience and in-depth technical knowledge of print including commercial & marketing print, direct mail and POS
• Previous experience handling high profile accounts
• Background in project management would be considered advantageous
• Strong knowledge of various MIS systems and Excel
• Ability to build rapport and develop relationships
