Head of Operations | Self Adhesive Labels | West Yorkshire | Up to £65k

This organisation is the UK’s leading supplier of secondary labelling products and services to the UK Food, Logistics and E-Commerce sectors, with sites across Europe. Providing technical partnerships and secondary labelling services to multiple major manufacturing sites in the UK. Focussed on innovation and investment, this highly reputable business has a faultless reputation, going above and beyond for their clients.

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing production and planning
• Identifying areas of improvement and overseeing change
• Managing the operations and production teams
• Implementing and monitoring KPIs and deliverables
• Having a key role in driving business growth and delivery across multiple markets including Food and Beverage, Logistics and E-Commerce

Key attributes required:

• Experience in an Operations/Production Manager role
• Desirable experience applying lean and six sigma principles
• Strong understanding of the packaging and labels industry
• Continuous improvement experience
• Previous experience implementing and monitoring KPI’s
